An incredibly charming and beautiful game let down by stupid troll-y difficulty.
pros
- Improves over Hollow Knight in every way IMO
- Great bosses, great tools
- Lovely hand drawn design
- I love the crests system
cons
- I dislike the shell shard system. Just let me have fun? What’s the point of architect crest even.
- Too difficult for a casual player like me
- Enemies doing too much damage and health being so low doesn't make it all too fun
- Stupid runbacks are bad game design IMO (looking at you, last judge)
- Where’s my “shaw”s? Helloo??!??
